The Loyalty Awards have been created by Loyalty Magazine working with the founders of The Card & Payments Awards, Martin Fielding and Michael Harty. Our goal is to recognize the best, the most innovative, the outstanding and the unusual. We want to celebrate excellence and act as an antidote to mediocrity. Now we have the chance to do just that with The Loyalty Awards.”
Martin Fielding, CEO and a Founding Director of Card Partnerships, which runs the Card & Payments Awards said: “It is staggering that the loyalty industry has not until now had its own Awards event to highlight the extraordinary achievements of an industry that didn’t even exist 20 years ago. The consumer has benefited hugely both from reward schemes, and from the improvements to the customer experience that have resulted from using data to gain knowledge. We thought it was about time the industry had a chance to celebrate these achievements.”
