How To Enter

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
Entries to the Awards are open to all organisations or brands that operated in Europe during the period January 1 to December 31, 2011 and which interfaced directly with the customer. Service providers and programme managers may assist with the preparation of an entry and be mentioned in that entry but the entry form at the back of this booklet must be signed and submitted by the customer facing organisation or brand.

For the purposes of eligibility, Europe shall mean all countries within the EU plus Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey. The Middle East includes Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Syria and the UAE. Please contact us on 01572 820088 if you have any questions about eligibility.

General Category Entry Criteria

•  Organisations or brands entering must meet the general eligibility criteria in ‘Eligibility to Enter’ above and have been trading in Europe or the Middle East for at least 12 months prior to the entry deadline.

•  ‘Of the year’ categories must relate to campaigns, products, initiatives or programmes launched in the European or Middle East market between January 1 and December 31, 2011.

•  Entries in the remaining categories must refer to results achieved from existing or new initiatives, programmes, products or services during the period January 1 and December 31, 2011. Judges will be looking for significant developments or additional objectives and results in the period where existing projects are referenced.

•  Each category also has its own judging criteria and specific eligibility as set out in the following pages – please check your entry complies with these.

•  Throughout the Individual Category Entry Criteria below, the words “loyalty programme” or “offering” mean initiatives, actions, campaigns or processes designed to promote loyalty within the customer base of an organisation or brand and are not restricted to rewards, points, card, coupon or voucher based programmes except where specifically stated e.g. Best Card Based Loyalty Programme.
