“Staggeringly good” entries in this year’s shortlist

The impressively high standard of entries in this year’s Loyalty Magazine Awards has already caused some very hard decisions for the strong panel of judges that come from all regions of the world – AND WE ARE ONLY AT THE SHORTLIST STAGE.

One judge commented that he had marked all the entries in the Marketing category very highly because they were “staggeringly good”. What a compliment from a seasoned loyalty professional!

Entries this year came from an even wider range of businesses, with mobile schemes again well represented, and justifying our decision to split the mobile category into two. They have arrived from all over the EMEA region, demonstrating how loyalty is relevant in all regions and sectors.

Particularly high numbers were entered into the Best Loyalty Programme Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best User Experience, Best Use of Gamification to Enhance loyalty, Best Use of Mobile within a loyalty strategy and Best Corporate Social Responsibility.

“Loyalty has been ramped up to the top of the priority list for a great many organisations in recent months, but along with the perceived feeling of urgency, there is also a confusion about which is the best route to take,” says Annich McIntosh, editor, Loyalty Magazine. “It is in this interesting climate that a strong contingent of companies are differentiating themselves with outstanding loyalty initiatives.  Winning a Loyalty Magazine Award provides them with a worthy recognition of excellence.”
